Terms & Conditions

Please read the following Terms & Conditions before you place an order

Terms & Conditions of Purchase:-

1) For all items ordered, payment of the FULL retail price(plus full postage if any) is required upon confirmation of order. Payment can be made via ATM bank transfer /internet bank transfer. We will advise you the bank account number once your order is confirmed via email.

2) Upon RECEIPT of full payment, please allow us approximately 2 weeks for processing, except for bouquets which require 2 months to 3 months. A surcharge will apply for any urgent orders.

3) For overseas customers(outside Singapore), full payment is also required. Payment can be done via paypal.

Delivery options:-

1) We hope to pass the items that you have ordered, personally to you. It would be great if you can meet us up at Tanjong Pagar MRT station on weekday evening or Buangkok MRT (available most of days except Sunday). Other arrangement can be made depending on a case by case basis.

2) If you are not able to self collect, we can send the item to you by local registered post. Buyer will have to bear all postage charges. We will not be responsible if the items are damaged/lost in the course of delivery to you by post.

3) For overseas customers(outside Singapore), we will send via speedpost to you. Buyer will also have to bear all postage charges. We will not be responsible if the items are damaged/lost in the course of delivery to you by post.

Rental of Items:-

1) Rental of items request must be made at least 1 week before the date needed and is subjected to availability.

2) Rental fee and refundable deposit is chargeable (as per listed or confirmed via email)

3) Payment of rental fee must be made via bank transfer by 2nd day upon confirmation of request made, else we will treat this request as void and we reserve the right to release the item(s) for available to rent. Confirmation order with order number will be sent via email from tictactoeweddings@gmail.com.

4) Refundable deposit is to be paid upon collection of rental items.

5) Person renting the item(s) is liable for any kind of damages to the items. If the item(s) are found to be damaged(torned, dirtied etc) for any reasons upon return, the deposit will NOT be returned. Customers are strongly advised to check item during collection timing. Indemnity form is to be signed by the customer during collection timing.

6) Collection of rental items will be advised accordingly upon confirmation. Please note that for rental of items, collection must be made in person. We do not arrange for delivery.

Disclaimer:

 - Do note that colour variations can occur between stocks from different batches and suppliers. Different monitor settings may reproduce colours different to the actual product colours.

 - All items are handmade hence slight variations in design and outlook amongst the different items may be present.

 - Due to availability of stock from time to time, it may be necessary to alter designs slightly.
